Steven
Tobias of Bach Realty is providing the office leasing services
for the Miller Phase 2 and
Phase 3 Office Buildings.
Tobias has been a real estate broker in the Salt Lake City
market for the past eleven years. He graduated from Brigham
Young University with a BS in business management and marketing.
He has received the Certified Apartment Manager designation
from the National Apartment Association and was awarded
the Superior Achievement Award for outstanding professional
sales performance from the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.
His commercial real estate experience includes leasing a
ten building office complex in West Jordan, developing and
leasing the Fox Crossing Shopping Center in West Jordan,
and the Cougar Place Shopping Center anchored by Harmons
grocery store in Kearns. In conjunction with his company,
he has also developed and leased five local restaurants,
developed and oversees the property management of over 1100
units of apartments, and performed the leasing services
for the Miller Phase I Office Building.
